Cancellations and Refund Policies for Workshop Participants

Thank you for considering our photography workshops at Ben Carpenter Photos. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of your trip. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the photography workshop. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Trip Cancellation: If you need to cancel your trip, we require a notice of cancellation at least 90 days in advance of the scheduled workshop start date.

  3. Refunds: If the cancellation notice is received at least 90 days prior to the workshop start date, you will be eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. The deposit itself is non-refundable.

  4. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the workshop start date will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend that you consider travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

  5. No-Show: If you fail to show up for the workshop without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.

  6. Transfer of Booking: If you are unable to attend the workshop but wish to transfer your booking to another individual, please notify us at least 90 days prior to the workshop start date. A transfer fee may apply.

Please note that Ben Carpenter Photos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be provided with the option to transfer your booking to another workshop or receive a full refund, including the deposit.

We strongly recommend that you review and understand our cancellation policy before making a booking. By submitting your deposit or full payment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation policy as stated above.
